DL is a company incorporated 9 years ago, but whose partners have more than 30 years of experience working in the field of translation and interpreting. Guillermo Díaz Díaz has 24 years of experience as an interpreter, during which he has worked for different companies, such as HSBC, Banca Mifel, General Motors, DaimlerChrysler, Procter & Gamble, multiple Institutions and Public Agencies, both Local and Federal, and more recently, for the Embassy of the United States and Interpol. Guillermo specializes in national security, anti-terrorism, forensic medicine, ballistics, legal, finance, technical-industrial areas, and market research. Lorena Lizama Alcalá, who serves as general director of DL Servicios Lingüísticos, has 19 years of experience in the field of translation, with clients such as the Embassy of South Africa, the Embassy of the United States, Nextel, Banamex, Bancomer, Coca- Cola, Greenberg Traurig, Intel, Grupo Bimbo, multiple pharmaceutical companies, among others. Her experience also includes 5 years working for HSBC in the Translation Pool, first as a translator and interpreter (2 years) and later as the Pool manager (3 years). Lorena specializes in pharmaceutical, finance and banking, legal, national security, forensic medicine, sustainability, psychology, coast guard, market research, cosmetics, herbalism, gastronomy, and medicine.  In addition to its two partners, DL Servicios Lingüísticos has qualified and specialized personnel, with experience both in the languages ​​and in the specialized areas in which we work.  At DL, customer satisfaction by achieving smooth, accurate and truthful communication is a priority, but so is being a profitable service for our customers.
